Zoho CRM API Limits

Zoho CRM API limits the number of calls you can make to their server depending on the license you are using. Take a look at https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/api/using-authentication-token.html

 

To configure Zoho CRM Plugin for JIRA

  1. Login as system administrator and go to Administration and select Add-ons.
  2. Install the plugin using the Atlassian guide for installing add-ons and buy/generate a trial license for the plugin.
  3. Under the Zoho Administration section, select "Setup Token" and click on "Generate token".
  4. Clicking on "Generate Token" will redirect you to a page where you are required to login using your Zoho CRM credentials. Login and copy the auth token generated.
  5. Paste the token in the token field and click "Save Token".

Custom fields

Zoho CRM Plugin currently provides three custom fields that display information from Zoho CRM on a JIRA issue. You can configure the custom fields using the Atlassian documentation provided. For information on how to use the custom fields, refer to the User Guide.
